- Since 1982 John Has sold over 1,500 PROPERTIES in Colorado. John has listed as many as 75
homes in one year!
- John is the creator of the POWER PERFORMERİ! A series of workshops in which he has taught
professionals all over the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. These powerful sessions
have helped people achieve greater prosperity, peace of mind, happiness and stronger
relationships. He was Vice President of Moore and Company. With 45 top agents his hand picked
team produced in exess of 150 million in sales and he still produced over 7 million a year in
personal production. He is now the Broker/Owner and President of American Home Realty, LLC.
- He has attained his G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors Institute), his C.R.S. (Certified Residential Specialist)
and his C.R.B. (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designations.
- He has chaired over 30 committees for the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the South Metro
Denver Realtor Association. He has received the President's Distinguished Service Award 3 times.
- John has been politically active for over twenty years as a Committee Person. Presiding Officer of
Precinct Caucus Delegate to County, Congressional, Judicial, and State Republican Assemblies
since 1984. He volunteered in many local, state and national campaigns. John has given the
nomination speeches for State Senator Bill Owens, State Senator Mike Cauffman and State
Senator John Andrews and D.A. Jim Peters. He has also given nomination speeches for Bill
Owens, and State Treasurer Mike Cauffman.
- John is a classically trained operatic tenor who sings professionally everything from opera to rock
and roll and gospel. He has given shows as a solo artist for clubs, churches, coffee shop gigs to
t he front man for a top Colorado dance band "Divine Madness!"
